After the Annual General Meeting of the Confédération Luxembourgeoise de Commerce,our influential Inspiring-Speaker Guy Burkhardt was invited to talk on client satisfaction and costumer complaints management. His “Love your client as yourself” speech was a success and resonated with the participants. A conference which was held at the Luxembourg chamber of commerce, had over 200 attendees.
