4.Recognize time is our most precious asset: we need to make the most of it

5.Take ownership and responsibility: Face difficult issues immediately and they stop being so difficult

6.Believe in yourself … and plan to be healthy

7.Don’t be a victim: avoid negativity in all it’s forms

8.Focus on the positives: choose a positive attitude

9.Remember the great thing is to keep on keeping on : Persistence in the material of success.

10.What goes around comes around: Be kind to children, animals and everyone else.
