The Manfred Ritschard & Partner LLC was established in 2001. Manfred Ritschard is a qualified company trainer and expert on tourism management with higher national diplomas. He is certified NLP Master Coach and NLP Trainer. As communications trainer and marketing consultant, he has provided successful consultancy and training services to many well-known companies from a variety of sectors, involving a total of thousands of employees and their supervisors. These include major projects on behalf of the Swiss Railway System, of flight cabin staff, catering companies, hotels, travel agencies, commerce, administration, museums, libraries, security, sales managers in Swiss industry and many others.

He has also undertaken teaching assignments as a lecturer in marketing, communication and tourism at the Universities of Applied Sciences in Basel and Geneva as well as at the Lucerne School of Tourism Management.

He has run sales, communications and management training courses for over 25 years and has also acquired an appropriate level of experience in the travel sector. He gained management and practical experience of marketing and customer service during his eight years with Kuoni Ltd. (the second largest Swiss travel business) and since 1996 as vice-president of Star Enterprises Ltd. (marketing services, tour operating and flight consolidating for about 500 Swiss travel agencies).
