Luxembourg’s Léa Linster, is a gold medal winner of the 1989 Bocuse d’Or – the first and up to date only woman to obtain this high gastronomic distinction on an international scale.

In addition to winning this World Cooking Contest, she is a true business woman. In 1991, Léa Linster opens her second restaurant, Kaschthaus for in honor of the Luxembourgish gastronomy. In 1996, she becomes the proud owner of a vineyard near Remich in the Moselle of Luxembourg. The opening of Pavillon Madeleine and Délicatessen will soon follow in the 2000s. She now runs the family business hand in hand with her son.

Highly skilled masterclass chef and woman, Léa Linster is an inspiring and exceptional human being. Multilingual, she speaks fluent Luxembourgish, French, German and English.
