Joanna Mamczur is an attorney-at-law in Warsaw. For several years she has been advising her Polish and international Clients in cooperation with leading law firms in the field of commercial law.

Joanna Mamczur works in Polish, English, French and German.

Her expertise in legal advisory services includes, among others, Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Banking & Finance and commercial contracts. She also advises in the field of Capital Markets, electronic payment instruments, investment funds and other finance issues subject to the regulatory supervision.

Joanna lectures in conferences concerning banking and real estate market. She participated in several conferences and lectures regarding law and business i.a. in Paris, Vienna, London, Munich, Frankfurt am Main and Warsaw.

She currently is the Head of Board of NGO whose members are internationally active Polish professionals living around the globe. Passionate for dance and sports – in particular cycling, swimming and fitness.
