Christophe Dubus is a Business Manager living in Poland since 1999. He graduated at the Institut Supérieur de Commerce de Paris (1988) and has contributed to the development of several French companies abroad.

He has worked in diverse environments like Administration, Business to Business, Business to Consumer, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, and Retail. (Business Services of the French Embassy in Damascus – Syria- , Danone, Paribas Affaires Industrielles, Sidel, Andros …).

Since 1996, he has been the CEO of several companies. An empowering, liberating and humanistic leader, he has managed and developed the Leroy Merlin operations in Poland for 12 years ( DIY – 50 stores, 8,000 people, € 1 billion in sales). He has been a member of the Supervisory Board of the entity “International Purchases” of Adeo Group for 6 years, Leader of the Regional Directors of Synergy Global Business Unit Leroy Merlin  for 7 years)and President of the Association for the ” Association pour le Progrés du Management ” (APM) also for 7 years).

He is also Vice-President of the Franco-Polish Chamber of Commerce and Industry ( CCIFP-400 members) and Chairman and Founder of Club of Leaders ” Living and Human Businesses ” (EVH) in Poland.

Today is he committed to accompanying companies to rediscover their long term missions, inviting co-workers and consumers to experience Freedom and Accountability to guide their every day acts. Stakeholders will put more sense in their activities for the sake of an healthier business. He is putting his energy, dynamism and contagious success in the service of causes of global dimensions as leader accompanist and developer of talents.
