Carla Rocha is the host of the radio show “Rocha in the air ” of RFM, national radio station in Portugal, a TV presenter on a show called “Consigo” and a trainer in communication. In recent years, she has taken her professional experience and academic research to develop communication skills on executives and team leaders helping them improve the way they communicate with their staff and customers.

She is responsible for the “Speakers Athletes ” program, ran by the commission of Olympic athletes in partnership with the Olympic Committee of Portugal , coaching and guiding 17 Olympians for several months, helping them to captivate corporate audiences with their speaking presentations. 

She has a degree in Communication Sciences from Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa and a postgraduate degree in Marketing Management , Communication and Multimedia from Instituto superior de economia e gestão and has participated in intensive training of public Speaking of the National Speakers Association in the United States ( Philadelphia 2013, San Diego 2014 and Washington 2015) .

She collaborates with the Universidade Autonoma de Lisboa and with IPAM University and has participated as a speaker at various seminars at universities including the University of Minho, University of Aveiro, New University, School of Communication and ISEG . At the moment she is to complete the academic research on the topic “How to communicate with influence and impact in this attention economy”.
