When I hear “inspiration” I think …about the amazing opportunities we as speakers have to make a positive difference or influence.  Inspiration is a state of inspiring others and being inspired by others. Inspiration is about challenging, motivating and uplifting people to achieve greater success in all they do.
2. Do you think that self-awareness is a key to success? Yes I do. I truly believe that “Increased self-awareness accelerates professional relations and business success”. This is where I focus my professional speaking and executive coaching work with senior executives to measurably improve their leadership effectiveness and business performance.
3. What in your job as a Speaker do you cherish most? It is an indeed an honour and a humbling privilege to serve as the President of the Global Speakers Federation for the year 2015-2016, the first Asian elected for this prestigious role. As the President, I am excited and committed to support the vision and mission of The Global Speakers Federation (GSF). The goal is to champion, support and provide resources to help develop and grow associations of professional speakers worldwide.
