Interview with Guy Burkhardt

Guy Burkhardt was president of an association in charge of helping CEO’s in the southwest of France. Over the years, he has passed on his best management and customer service tips to assist companies in growing their client base and their long term strategies.

  1. When I hear “inspiration” I think … I think new, I think smart, I think big.
  2. What makes you passionate about customer service and management? I have experienced that good customer service is a magic wand and good management is a holy grail.  This combination is a fortress against adversity and leads to happiness, harmony and success.
  3. Why “friendship, harmony and mutual aid” are so important in a team? Harmony is key to a successful team because 90% of business is the relationship between people. Mutual aid is important because two brains are more powerful than one and friendship because it gives us the willpower to get over difficulties.
