1. When I hear >inspiration< I think… Inspiration is key to move people, start a change and create fantastic ideas. It’s a privilege for me to work with my clients and inspire them to do things differently.
2. How did you become a specialist of Innovation Culture? What inspired you? I always wanted to be an entrepreneur and in my university days I wanted to turn a great idea into a business together with a friend of mine. We worked hard and had the chance to do a presentation for a major German company. But they turned it down and lost their market 3 years later because a competitor took a similar idea and became quite successful. The main question for me since then: How can companies create a culture where good ideas survive? This became a mission for me.
