Bjørn–Erik Willoch addresses audiences totalling thousands of people every year on change leadership issues, and is the author of a best–selling Scandinavian book on Business Process Reenginering as well as hundreds of articles on the above topics.

Björn-Erik made his first major impact on Scandinavian businesses as the pioneer of Business Process Reengineering during the 1990`s – joining Ernst&Young Management Consulting to build a highly successful practice based on the BPR concept.

At the time of the merger of E&Y Consulting with Capgemini in 2000, he assumed the position of CEO of the Nordic region, and thereafter took global responsibility for Capgemini`s management consulting business.

Since the beginning of 2006 he is back again in his favourite role as “missionary” – this time with a focus on the optimization of business models and value networks through the deployment of Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) and its related integration technology platforms. His conviction that “componentization and econfiguration” of businesses and their Ecosystems will be the next significant business revolution is … highly convincing !

He divides his time between roles as management consultant, “preacher” and entrepreneur – among his latest ventures is Indachin (www.indachin.com) where he is a founding partner. In Sweden Björn-Erik collaborates with the management consulting firm Cordial (www.cordial.se ), and together with Dataföreningen Kompetens they are launching a unique training program for “Business Architects” – a cross between Business Developer and IT Architect – and a competency that will be absolutely essential do design and execute the next business revolution.
