Atreyam Sharma, popularly known as (Leo) is a technology geek & motivated teenager with a mission. He uses his knowledge of coding and gaming to bring a change in the way teenagers are perceived, educated and treated in the world of adults.

Leo started solving problems using programming when he was 12 years old. He solved real world problems like a glitch at a major grocery store in Luxembourg, Delhaize in 2013. In parallel, from the age of 12 years, he started co-facilitating coding workshops with his mother, who is an IT Professional.

Soon thereafter Leo started running independent workshops on a regular basis. His  first solo workshop was during summer 2014 teaching Scratch to a group of 7-16 year old children for which he was featured in the local newspaper, Wort. In the same year, he ran coding workshops on building a website and adding google analytics to 16-18 year olds at Summer Camp at BGL BNP Paribas for which he received a recommendation letter. His co-facilitators were technical people working at Amazon and Facebook. He also co-facilitated mobile app development to 16-18 year olds at a school in Luxembourg in Spring 2014.

Leo is  the Co-Founder and Vice-President of Workshop4Me a.s.b.l, a non-profit organization which develops coding skills among pre-teens and teens within the age group of 7 – 16 years. His teaching experience here, provides him an understanding of the needs/aspirations of pre-teens and teens. He takes this experience to his conferences  thereby influencing policy makers to harness the potential of teenagers.

In the summer of 2015, Leo developed an iOS app using Swift during a 4 week internship with a technology enterprise, KloneWorld, in India. In the same year,  he co-conducted paper based coding workshops for 40 under privileged children in Kolkata India. He also conducted coding workshop for 500 students over 2 days in a school in village in India. He was the primary teacher and ran 2 teen-run only coding events for EU Code Week in October 2015 on Mobile App Development and HTML Basics.

Above all, Leo is a  young, dynamic  and energetic Keynote speaker with passion for technology and change. He has travelled to many countries across Europe and Asia changing lives with his expertise and  sharing his experiences with his audience. In 2016, he was invited as a Keynote speaker  to major conferences which included-TEDx In India, Women in Technology Conference in Amsterdam, Codemotion in Milan, Marketing Management Congress in Berlin and  LIFT conference in Geneva. At Age 11, he had a conference at  the Project Management Institute in Luxembourg where he  showed how he uses  the Kanban Board to organize his homework. This was featured in the Project Management Institute EMEA newsletter.
