  • When I hear >Inspiration< I think… of new ideas! The first question that goes through my mind is: How can we all make the world a better place? People inspire me by thinking ahead in terms of building a new and better way of life.Humanity, respect and empathy – we all need that desperately. I think it is time to turn away from too much thought of profit and egotistic ideas.

  • When did you know becoming a speaker was your calling? I first realized that being a speaker could be a calling for me in 2011, when I joined the German Speakers Association. Having been trained for the stage in the nineties, it felt appropriate to use my stage skills again and put my message out there! It took some time to grow into that role, though. Speaking in front of several hundreds of people is not something you know how to do in a second. Nowadays, I love every second of it.

  • What is your greatest motivation in life? My greatest motivation is to contribute to the world as to how can we act better together as humans. I like to make people smile, whether it is the beggar at the corner, the cashier in the supermarket, my daughter, my partner and my customers. If we feel happy and if we feel seen as humans, we can give more to the world. It is the little moments that count.

  • Do you have a personal motto? Life is what you THINK it is. – Don Miguel Ruiz.

  • You have a passion for personal development and voice performance. Tell us more about it. Why do you think the voice is so important? We can change any situation in an instant: in sales, leadership or in our private lives, just by the decision: how could I use my voice now, to make a difference? How can I get out of a tricky situation by changing the tone? That is most fascinating for me. The voice starts with the emotional management within each and every person. My basic question is: Why don´t we make the world a nicer sounding place? It is not a message to sound “better” – as in perfection – but to improve the intention, that underlies the speaking process.

  • What do we learn in your talks and trainings? My audience learns how to play, how to be flexible with their voices. The more we know about the sound of our voice, the better we can make decisions and thereby make a difference! In addition, you will learn about the economic use of the voice and how to create a peaceful setting for any situation. Let go of harsh sounds!
